About the Assignment

Novare is a proud and approved supplier under the Swedish government framework agreement. We are now seeking an HR Generalist for a government agency in Stockholm.

As an HR Consultant at the agency, you will work with selection processes, interviews, and personnel administration. You will also handle the agency's functional inbox. Your role is broad, and you are expected to support your managers and colleagues wherever needed. The role is varied with a focus on administration and HR.

We are looking for someone who is curious and cooperative. You have good communication skills, can work independently, and take initiative.

Requirements for the Position

• University degree, for example in Human Resources, or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent, plus five (5) years of work experience as an HR Generalist or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.).
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
• Good understanding of laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Good proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in the public sector.

Assignment Period and Scope

The assignment is at 80% with an immediate start upon agreement, lasting approximately 4 months, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the agency in central Stockholm, with some remote work options available.
